For those of us who were blessed to find Sri Gurudev many years ago, Living Yoga, the movie is a trip down memory lane. Somehow, these talented filmmakers were able not only to capture our beloved teacher but also to place Him in the times that indeed “were a changing…” As a student and teacher of Integral Yoga for the past thirty years, I was amazed at how much I didn’t know or maybe remembered. The movie layers so much information that it educates the beginner, as well as the advanced yogi. It reminded me of so many fabulous moments in Gurudev’s presence. His sense of humor, His love of fun and always His gentleness as He reassured us that we only need to do our best. Embracing His teachings changed the course of my life and continues to guide me on a daily basis. I am forever grateful and thank the producers, especially Prem, who, for decades, literally followed in Gurudev’s footsteps, camera in hand to bring Him to life on the big screen. I think He would laugh and say “So, now I am a movie star, a yogi movie star!! You see, anything is possible, have faith!!” Anandi Annechild
