I am so happy to report that Friday night’s “Living Yoga” event at Haverford College was a smashing success.
There were about 125 people who attended. The auditorium was very comfortable (they recently renovated it) and the picture and sound quality first class. Marianne Sutin started the evening with beautiful flute music. We viewed the film, then Professor Gangadean moderated an audience question/answer discussion with Swami Ramanandaji (president, Integral Yoga Institute of New York who is also featured in the film), Hari Zandler and Rene Ragan who all were wonderful.
Everyone loved the film and it was an awesome networking event for those connected with Haverford, the Philly Yoga and interfaith communities.
Attending were representatives from at least 6 area Yoga centers and from at least 3 interfaith organizations who helped spread the word to their contacts. Special thanks to the Common Ground Interfaith Fellowship who set up a tea/snack table.
Thank you for your love, support and ideas for this event.
Much love,
Sam (Satyam) Rossitto
